Banana Pancakes

Light, fluffy, and full of flavor – these pancakes are a hit with kids!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1/4 cup milk (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.

  2. Add the egg, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. If the batter is too thick, add a little milk to reach your desired consistency.

  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.

  4. Pour batter onto the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

  5. Serve with syrup, fruit, or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor!
